Cook Time 15 minutes | 4 Servings

Ingredients

2 medium zucchini thinly sliced into rounds
Olive oil or coconut oil spray
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ cup parmesan cheese
Fresh cracked black pepper

How to Make It

Start by slicing the zucchini chips. You can use a mandolin to slice them thinly or you can do it by hand with a knife. Try to get them all as close to the same thickness as possible for even cooking.

Lay them evenly on a sheet pan lined with foil. Spray them with olive oil or coconut oil spray then sprinkle with sea salt, parmesan cheese and fresh cracked black pepper.

Set your Café oven to the Air Fry at 370°F. Air fry the zucchini for 12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and starts to brown.

Serve right away plain or with ranch dressing.
