What’s Covered*

  • Major appliance diagnosis and repair after the manufacturer’s warranty expires
  • Labor costs associated with the repair
  • Parts replacement on functional parts (functional parts are defined as what makes the appliance work)
  • Up to $300 in food spoilage reimbursement due to a covered failure
  • Up to $50 in laundry reimbursement if your washer/dryer isn’t fixed or replaced within 14 days

What’s Not

  • Cosmetic damage such as drawers, handles, scratches, rust
  • Cracked cooktops from accidental damage
  • Damage from Acts of God
  • Consumable items, such as batteries, bulbs, water filters

 


Bodewell Care Replacement Plans

Available for most small countertop appliances as additional 1 or 2 year term protection plans** that begin after the manufacturer’s warranty expires.

These plans cover the costs to replace your product should it not operate properly due to functional part failures

** This plan will cover the costs to replace your product should it not operate properly due to functional part failures. Replacement can be provided during the life of the plan in the form of (a) gift card or cash settlement equal to your original purchase price; or (b) a new or refurbished replacement product comparable to your original product. We may require the failed product to be returned to us at our sole discretion and at our expense using prepaid shipping labels that we will provide to you along with instructions to complete the required return.
