How does No Preheat Air Fry work in a gas oven?

On compatible CAFÉ Appliances gas ranges, No Preheat Air Fry circulates hot air around your food while optimizing the oven’s heating and convection systems. This creates crisp, golden results without requiring a traditional preheat cycle, a separate countertop appliance or special cookware. Some eligible smart ranges may require a one-time connection to the SmartHQ™ app to download the feature.

Do CAFÉ gas ranges come with a griddle?

Griddle configurations vary by model. Select CAFÉ gas ranges include an integrated reversible cast-iron grill and griddle that fits over the center burner. Certain commercial-style models feature a dedicated integrated griddle, while others support an optional griddle accessory. Are the heavy-cast, edge-to-edge grates dishwasher-safe?
