Product Pickup Terms and Conditions

For select areas where home delivery is not available when purchasing from our site, we offer a product pickup option allowing you to place an online order and pick up your appliance(s) at a local warehouse location. Below are details on the product pickup process and requirements.

PICKUP TIMING

Products are normally available for pickup 48 hours after the order is placed. Products are available for pickup between the hours of 10 am and 3 pm. You have 10 business days to pick up your products once they arrive at the warehouse location. If you don’t pick up your products within 10 days, your order will be cancelled and you may incur a restocking fee.

If your order includes items on backorder, your order cannot be picked up until all items are available. As a result of the high demand due to COVID-19, we are experiencing delays and cannot currently provide an estimated time of fulfillment. You will be notified via email when backorder items are available and your order is ready for pickup. See Backorder Terms & Conditions for more detail.

EMAIL NOTIFICATION

You will receive an email, that includes your CSO Number, advising you when your order has arrived at your pickup location. The CSO Number is used to identify your order at the pickup location.

WHAT TO BRING

You must be over the age of 18 and bring your CSO Number, provided via email, and a proper ID with you when you pick up your order.

VEHICLE & MOVING REQUIREMENTS

All orders must be picked up in their entirety; no partial order pickups are allowed. We recommend that you use a vehicle no smaller than a pickup truck to pick up your appliance(s).

At least two people are required to lift and move most major appliances. Oversize appliances such as pro ranges and built-in refrigerators may require additional help. Employees at the pickup location are unable to assist in moving your appliances. Café and/or the distributor (pickup location) are not responsible for any personal injury and/or damages incurred during handling of the product.

Once you have signed for a unit, you accept full responsibility for the product. If the product is dropped or damaged during pickup, we charge a 25% of the purchase price to return the product and process a replacement order.

RETURNING YOUR ORDER

If you decide to return a product for any reason, including concealed damage, you are responsible for bringing it back to the original pickup location. You must request any return within 30 days of the date you picked up the appliance. All returns will incur a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount of the returned appliance.

To begin this process, contact customer service at 1-800-919-6213, and you'll be issued a return authorization number. You'll need this return authorization number before we can accept products for return.
