Backorder Terms and Conditions

  • If your Café Appliances order includes a product that is on backorder, your entire order will be held until all items are available.
  • As a result of the high demand due to COVID-19, we are experiencing delays and cannot currently provide an estimated time of fulfillment.
  • Your credit card will be charged when you place your order.
  • If your item has been on backorder for 30 days, we'll notify you to discuss your options.
  • In some instances, we may be unable to fulfill your order with the model you've chosen. If this happens, we will advise you of an alternate model with similar features.

 

Shipment Backorders

For orders shipping via FedEx, we will not ship until all items are available. You will receive an order shipped email once the backorder product becomes available and your order has been shipped.

Home Delivery Backorders

We will not deliver your order until all items are available. You will be notified by customer service when the backorder product becomes available and will be assigned a delivery date.

If you would like to deliver available items separately, please contact customer service approximately 30 minutes after order completion to allow for order processing. You can reach us by chat, email or phone.

Product Pickup Backorders

Your order cannot be picked up until all items are available. Once the backorder product becomes available, you will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready for pickup.
