Managing or Rescheduling Your Delivery Appointment
If you are buying directly from our site, you will be able to view and manage your delivery. Should you need to reschedule delivery, you will be able to do so from our site following the steps below.
If you ordered using your Account:
- Log into your Account.
- Once logged in, go to “My Orders”, locate your order, and click “View Order Details”.
If you ordered as a "Guest":
- Find your order’s Reference Number from your order confirmation.
- Visit the Check Order Status page on our website and enter your Reference Number and email address to look up your order.
Once on the order details page, you’ll be able to access the following:
- A “reschedule shipment” link to reschedule the delivery appointment. You’ll be able to reschedule up until the day before delivery.
- A “track this shipment” link on the day of delivery. This links allows you to track the delivery agent’s location and proximity to your home.
