Yes. You can use pre-ground coffee in both the Drip Coffee Makers and the CAFÉ Grind & Brew Coffee Maker—it lets you bypass the grinder when you already have ground coffee ready. Simply select the Grind Off button on the touchpad.

The thermal carafe is an insulated stainless steel vacuum carafe designed to preserve coffee’s flavor and temperature for up to two hours. A glass carafe offers a different look and lets you see exactly how much coffee is made. Carafe style availability varies by model and finish.

CAFÉ Specialty Drip and Grind & Brew coffee makers feature built-in WiFi powered by SmartHQ. Connecting your coffee maker provides access to features such as real-time feedback, alerts, brew modes, and connected controls.

Yes. CAFÉ coffee makers with built-in WiFi support connected brewing controls through SmartHQ, including voice-to-brew control from your phone. You can also save your preferred settings and set up Auto Brew for coffee prepared on your schedule. As with any remote or scheduled brew, the coffee maker must first be properly prepared with water, coffee and the carafe or cup in place.

Cleaning requirements vary by model and how frequently the coffee maker is used. Follow the cleaning and descaling instructions in the owner’s manual for your specific model, including any cleaning alerts displayed by the appliance. CAFÉ provides downloadable owner’s manuals by model number.

You can brew flavored coffee that is already ground in both the Drip Coffee Maker and the Grind & Brew Coffee Maker—just be sure to bypass the grinder using the Grind Off setting.
